For years, I played the game exactly as I was taught—climbing the corporate ladder in the mortgage and fintech worlds, managing high-stakes projects, leading teams, and making risk decisions that carried multi-six-figure implications. I was trusted by top executives and the CEO to handle complex challenges, oversee a $2 billion pipeline, and manage a division of 250 people.
By all accounts, I had "made it."
And yet, something still felt off.
Because often, it’s not that we’re not trying hard enough—it’s that we’re trying too hard to force, squeeze, and contort ourselves into boxes we were never meant to fit into.
I didn’t know it at the time, but I was living out of alignment with my energy. And when that inevitable energetic breaking point hit, I had no choice but to rebuild my life from the ground up.
What I’ve learned? While things might look good—or even great—on paper (the job title, the money, the home, etc, if we’re not using our gifts in ways that feel deeply aligned and impactful, success can start to feel like a prison instead of a reward.
For those of us who are wired differently (or rebels by nature), it can be even more challenging to thrive in systems that weren’t designed for us, especially if we’re ambitious and driven.
But here’s what I know for sure: You don’t have to choose between success and alignment. You don’t have to conform to a system that wasn’t built for you. And you are not too much. Not by a long shot.
It’s time to strip away the outdated conditioning and step fully into your power—so you can lead, succeed, and create in a way that feels effortless, impactful, and undeniably yours.
I'm elena
Advisor, consultant, mentor, guide, cat mom, auntie to three nephews (and two insanely needy and goofy dobermans), old movie addict, amateur cinnamon roll recipe tester, Michigander turned Coloradan, Human Design Projector, Libra sun, and Aquarius rising and moon.
I spent 18 years navigating the corporate world, from leading a division of 250+ people to strategically outsourcing all things Excel (because let’s be real—I had more important things to do and I’m great at negotiating).
But after moving to Colorado in 2021, I realized I wasn’t just overdue for a career shift—I was overdue for a full recalibration of my life and reclamation of my soul.
At first, I thought I just needed a new job. Turns out, my soul had bigger plans. Instead of just changing careers, I found myself shedding toxic shame, chronic anxiety, and about 5,000 lbs. of emotional and energetic baggage that had been quietly weighing me down. (Turns out, wine, takeout, and overworking aren’t actually great problem-solving tools.)
For years, I had been achieving, performing, and over-delivering—but I had lost touch with my own inner compass. Rediscovering my sensitive, intuitive nature wasn’t just a revelation—it was a homecoming.
And learning to leverage those parts of myself—alongside my strategic expertise and analytical experience—has allowed me to build a business rooted in holistic transformation.
Because true success isn’t just about structure, and it isn’t just about energy—it’s about integrating both in a way that feels aligned, sustainable, and deeply fulfilling.
I know how terrifying it can feel to step away from everything you think you know about yourself—especially when your success has been built on being the one who “has it all together.”
But here’s what I want you to know: This process doesn’t have to be painful. It doesn’t have to feel like losing yourself. In fact, it can be the most empowering and enjoyable transformation of your life.
Welcome to a place where you can breathe, recalibrate, and finally step into the version of yourself that was always waiting beneath the noise.
