Often it’s not that we’re not trying hard enough, it’s that we’re trying too hard to force, squeeze, and contort ourselves into boxes we are not meant to fit in.

This was the story of my life until my late 30s when I was blindsided by a huge energetic shift that left me recreating my life from the ground up.

What I’ve learned is that while things might look good, or even GREAT on paper (you know, the job, the money, the home, etc), it can still feel not enough in some respects. Or, more to the point, we can feel that we are not enough and need to keep pushing and striving to prove our worth and value to the world at large by racking up more achievements.

The only problem is that once you start doing the “see how worthy I am” dance routine in life, you have to keep doing it. And eventually, it exhausts you.

If you feel like you should just be “more grateful” that your life looks great on paper, I can assure you that it’s not a lack of gratitude you’re dealing with. It’s that what’s on your paper, doesn’t match what is in your soul.

The truth is, we already have everything we need within us. It's not easy transitioning from hustling for your worth to seeing the intrinsic worth and value you bring to the world just by being in it, but it is the only way to hang up those dancing shoes for good.

Insecure overachiever, perfectionist, highly sensitive, and always feeling not quite good enough..

Story

My

I'm elena

Guide, coach, mentor, cat mom, auntie to three nephews (and two insanely needy and goofy dobermans), old movie addict, amateur cinnamon roll recipe tester, Michigander turned Coloradan, Human Design Projector, Libra sun, and Aquarius rising and moon.

I spent 18 years in Corporate navigating everything from running a team of 250+ to refusing to learn formulas in Excel (I just outsourced them to my boss…hehehe). After moving to Colorado in 2021 I realized that I was long overdue for some other changes.

I was thinking just a career change but it turns out my soul wanted me to also drop the toxic shame, chronic anxiety, and about 5000 lbs. of emotional and energetic baggage I had accrued by refusing to look at what was really bothering me. (Turns out wine, take out, and over working do not dissolve any of these).

Rediscovering my soul has put me back in touch with myself in a way that external solutions and methods never could.

I know how hard it can me to walk away from everything you *think* you know about yourself, but I am here to show you that not only doesn’t it need to be painful, but it can actually be enjoyable.

Welcome to a place of safety and inspiration, where you can finally remember who you were always meant to be.
